Returns and Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at gharnooks@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

Handmade Goods Policy:

Our top priority is to ensure our customers are aware that they are purchasing a handmade item. Please note that slight imperfections and variations in character are to be expected. We don’t view these as flaws, but rather as the unique qualities that make each product special.

Defective Product Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to make sure there are no significant flaws or damages. If you feel you've received a defective or unusable product, please reach out to us at gharnooks@gmail.com. When contacting us, kindly include photos or videos and a brief explanation of the issue as a proof.

Domestic Shipping:

GharNooks is currently shipping all over India, we know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we strive to deliver your products in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

Damages & Complaints:
    •    If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
    •    We won’t be able to process any complaints raised after 48 hours.

Order Processing & Delivery:
    •    We process all orders within 3-14 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
    •    During high order volumes, shipments may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you via call, email, or WhatsApp.
    •    Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping method, and courier service. Some items may arrive in separate shipments.

Address Change:

Please contact us as soon as possible with address changes to see what we can do. We may have to cancel the order and have you reorder your item with the correct address. Once an order has shipped we can not change the address and we are not responsible for any order that has shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer. 

Lost or Stolen Items:

We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. You will need to contact shipping provider to file a lost or stolen claim. We are unable to issue refunds for unclaimed and returned packages.

General Shipping Policies:

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the carrier. 

GHARNOOKS is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by the carrier company
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery 
  •  All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you via call or email.
  •  We do not ship on holidays.
  • You can add special delivery instructions at checkout.
  • Online payments include free shipping. However, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have additional charges.

Order Confirmation

Items are shipped after processing. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
