Return & Refund Policy

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• To initiate a return, customers must record a continuous unboxing video, capturing the unopened package, and clearly showing any damage or defects. Claims without such a video will not be accepted (e.g., “It’s always a good idea to document… any unboxing of expensive item lest they get damaged in transit”   ).
📸 2. Unboxing Video Requirements
• The video must be one continuous clip, starting before opening the package.
• Show both the packaging and product, clearly highlighting any visible issues (damage, defects, missing parts).
• Submit the video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims missing a proper video will be denied.
📩 3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@gharnooks.com or WhatsApp/text +91 96430 77407 with your order number and a brief issue description.
2. Attach:
• The unboxing video
• Photos (optional but helpful)
3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA).
🚚 4. Shipping the Return
• After RA approval, re-pack the item with all original packaging.
• Ship via a trackable service and send us the tracking details.
• Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; however, if the item is confirmed defective/damaged, shipping may be reimbursed at our discretion.
💳 5. Refund Method & Processing Time
• We do not provide cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as Gharnooks store credit.
• Store credit equals the full purchase value (including taxes/shipping, if applicable).
• Credit is issued within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
⌛ 6. Return Time Frame
• Submit unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Ship the return within 7 calendar days of video submission.
❌ 7. Non‑Eligible Items
• Returns for any reason other than defect or damage—such as change of mind, sizing issues, or preference—will be rejected.
• Custom, personalized, or intimate items are non-returnable.
🔍 8. Inspection & Quality Control
• Each return is inspected for:
• Valid unboxing video
• Signs of use, missing parts, or repackaging violations
• If issues are found, store credit may be reduced or denied.
🗂️ 9. How to Use Your Store Credit
• Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• To redeem, choose “Store Credit” during checkout.
